Annual Automatic Service Plan
Realizing the importance of proper maintenance, many of our accounts request that we service their extinguishers annually, in accordance with Fire Department, OSHA, and insurance regulations, keeping all records as to recharge and hydrostatic test dates. This is known as our ANNUAL AUTOMATIC SERVICE PLAN. In effect this means that our customers are assured that their portable fire extinguishers are being maintained in the best possible manner and will be ready in the event of an emergency.
The Annual Automatic Service Plan consists of the following services:
- Refilling, repairing or servicing as necessary, all extinguishers at least once a year.
- Hydrotesting 2 1/2 gal. Extinguishers and Carbon Dioxide Extinguishers at least every five years.
- Hydrotesting all Dry Chemical Extinguishers every twelve years and a complete internal maintenance annually.
- Tagging all extinguishers to show recharge, service and/or hydrostatic test dates.
- Checking proper location and mounting hardware.

Maintaining a file on your extinguishers.
